How do we pack the mats?

The mats are stacked in piles of 125.
If you are ordering more than one design, we can either separate out by design or randomly mix pack the designs…. whatever is best for your purposes.
Each stack is individually shrink-wrapped in a fairly thin micron plastic for easy access.
8 stacks are then over-shrinked in a much thicker micron film which is waterproof and easy to carry.
They are a bit like large ‘bricks’… weighing just under 5kg’s each.

30 000 mats + go out on standard UK or Euro pallets. 150 000 mats fit on each pallet.
Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other in transit or in storage as the pallets can crush the mats.

When can we deliver?

We like to work on a 10 day turn-around time for our standard shapes and sizes.

If your job is required sooner than that it is always a good idea calling us first as very often we CAN and DO make a plan. Please bear in mind that jobs are only scheduled for production once we have received FINAL artwork and approval from you.
